Directions to Our Offices

From the north:

• Take Turnpike or 95 South to 195 exit (A/K/A the Julia Tuttle Causeway) and follow the exit east towards Miami Beach
• Exit 195 at Biscayne Blvd. (it comes up on the right quickly after the exit, so be prepared)
• Left at the light (that's Biscayne Blvd.)
• Biscayne south to NE 15th St.
• Left on NE 15th St., which becomes the Venetian Causeway.
• 1000 Venetian is the first building on the right after the toll plaza.

From the east:

• Take 17th St west; this becomes the Venetian Causeway.
• Stay on the causeway; 1000 Venetian is the last building on the left before the toll plaza.
• If you get to the second drawbridge, near the Miami Herald building, you've gone too far!

From the west:

• Take State Road 836 East to the toll plaza ($1.00) and once you've passed it, stay in the lane marked for Miami Beach and Interstate 395.
• Follow directions below for Interstate 395.

From the south:

• Take US 1 to 95 North.
• Follow 95 North to the exit at Interstate 395, towards Miami Beach at Biscayne Blvd.

Directions from 395 Westbound:

• Exit at Biscayne Blvd. At the end of the ramp, there's a traffic light.
• Go straight to the next light, which is Biscayne Blvd.
• Make a left; stay in the right lane.
• Make a right at NE15th St., which becomes the Venetian Causeway.
• 1000 Venetian is the first building on the right after the toll plaza.
